Both master bedrooms are outfitted with incomparable views and open onto separate lanais, perfect for soaking up the sun. The front master bedroom features a spacious lanai that showcases a magnificent 180-degree panorama of the beach as well as Lanai and Molokai islands. Meanwhile, the second master bedroom provides a full wall window overlooking the beach and opens to another inviting lanai. These exclusive corner units also include exterior windows in the second master bedroom and bathroom.

Indulge in relaxation while enjoying the front master bath's tub or choose the invigorating shower in the second master bath—both offer ocean views. Each shower is equipped with dual shower heads and individual valve controls, boasting a luxurious rainfall head in the ceiling of the front master shower. Despite an abundance of windows, this unit is strategically designed to ensure your privacy. Accommodations include two king beds and one queen sofa sleeper, providing ample space across 1,736 square feet.

Our beach is a hidden gem, much less crowded than many other west side beaches. Relax on the sand and soak up the sun, just a few feet from your doorstep. On the southern part of the beach, you will often find turtles swimming and basking nearby, adding to the natural beauty. Visit during winter months and early spring for the chance to witness humpback whales breaching and tail slapping in the distance.

The Sands of Kahana offers fantastic amenities, including an on-site restaurant and bar with picturesque views of the pool, hot tub, and the beach. Engage in friendly competition at the lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, or putting green, and enjoy the BBQ grills scattered throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Please be aware that there is a four-night minimum rental requirement, with a $325 cleaning fee applicable. Reservations are subject to a processing fee based on the total rental amount. Upon check-in, a $75 resort fee will be collected at the resort. Optional daily maid service incurs an additional charge. A state tax of 17.962% will be applied to all rates.

Cancellation Policy:

• For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
  • Cancel outside of 30 days before arrival for a full refund without charges.
  • Cancellations made 29-14 days prior to arrival qualify for a 50% refund of the total payment.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 13 days of arrival.
• For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
  • Cancel outside of 30 days before arrival for a full refund without charges.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
